Dear ECHO Friends,
It’s hard to argue with results. There can be good intent, creative ideas, and
a genuine investment of effort, but what is going to be most compelling are
the results.
The stories in this edition of ECHO News show good intent, with people
motivated by care and concern and the love of Jesus. Creativity is evident
in many of these stories — leveraging solid experience and sound science to
develop improved practices. And, there are many examples of willingness to
invest effort to equip and empower others.
But, in the end, all of these must produce results. Results that bring about
improved production, increased nutrition, and gains in livelihoods. Results
that provide Hope Against Hunger! Thankfully, these stories also demonstrate results that are making a
difference in people’s lives, families, and communities all around the world…results that give witness to the
realities of God’s provision now and for eternity.
Enjoy!

P.S. Demonstrated results can even help a resistant husband learn from
his wife, and now they’re working together to accomplish even more! It’s
a great little story…you’ll see.
